I wanted to take a minute to thank you and everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn for all that you did to make our stay a wonderful experience! I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it and more importantly how much my wife did as you definitely made it a special birthday weekend for her! Your hotel went over and above what I expected or you needed to do with the fantastic accommodations, the birthday cake, and all of the other special treats everyone gave to us. We wound up eating dinner and breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the great service and the food as well throughout the weekend. Please thank Greg, Alma, Jodie and the entire staff for us as they were all first class in every way!

I just wanted to say thank you for the welcome surprise I received when I checked in last night. The front desk employees were very cordial, and surprised me with my Guest of the Day packet. I was welcomed with a fruit and cheese tray in my room. After leaving home on a Sunday to come to a week-long trip to Philly, it really made my day. Thanks so much for your hospitality this weekend. I have been traveling for the last 4 years or so with my job, and it’s far and in between that we encounter such OUTSTANDING service. Your enthusiasm and willingness to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable was greatly appreciated by my staff and I. Our rooms were WONDERFUL and breakfast was GREAT. Unfortunately it slipped my mind to fill out a customer service card to advice that our stay was SUPERB and it’s because of the sincerity and dedication of staff such as you. Please forward this to your manager, and I would like for them to email me back to advise that they received it. Dear Mrs. Thomas, On occasion, it seems a thanks for the kindness extended to one really is appropriate and in order. Such was the case this last week for the American Society of Nephrology Meeting in Philadelphia. I was so very grateful for the luck to have been afforded a room at the Hilton Garden Inn for the meeting, when that room came up very late in the game and was brought to my attention as being available. I have now stayed with you twice within a month and have felt welcome, well cared for and very appreciative of your fine and thoughtful young staff, from the front desk to the bell stand personnel, to housekeeping and your very pleasant 10th floor restaurant.
The nearness of the Inn to the Convention Center, the access to Philly and surrounding environs by way of location of the Inn, added a lot to the enjoyment of seeing and re-visiting many of the truly interesting historic places which are Philadelphia's and America's treasures.
The one small 'bit of fun' was to be advised that I could walk to the Art Museum…..that it was only a 'few short blocks', but the wee bit of missing information being was that the 'walk' from 18th to the Museum, did make for one great day of exercise!! However, it was only aided and abetted by an utterly stunning sunny, warm day to get out for a long walk, so I ended up thoroughly happy to have done the trek. Convention sitting is not a good thing.

I was so impressed by the Hilton Garden Inn during my recent visit to Philadelphia. The hotel’s staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone took time to say hello and make me feel welcome. I have never visited a hotel with such a friendly and polite staff. I will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia in the future. Thanks.
